The Main house features an inviting living room, with picturesque views of the sparkling water. A brand-new kitchen opens into a cozy family room, with a small bar for entertaining. The First floor bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private bath with shower. The Second Floor bedroom is equipped with four twin beds and an en-suite bath with shower.

The back house first floor features two identical King bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower/bath. The first floor terrace features al-fresco dining with  outdoor kitchen, table and chairs. The second story includes a large Master King suite, equipped with sitting area and en-suite bathroom with shower. The terrace on the second story includes two chaise lounges, perfect for an afternoon nap. The third story roof deck has a wrap around bench for taking in the sunset views.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, water filtration and cistern, and a backup generator.
